1. Payment Terms:

• D2Z Designz reserves the right to require full or partial payment before production begins.

2. Custom Work, Artwork, and Approvals:
All engraving, fabrication, and design services are custom made for each order.

• Customers are responsible for verifying all artwork, spelling, dates, ranks, logos, and layout unless the design is created through our automated product portal.
• Designs submitted or generated through the D2Z Designz product portal are considered final and are not subject to customer approval prior to production.
• D2Z Designz is not responsible for errors present in customer-submitted artwork or approved proofs.

3. Turnaround Times:
Production timelines vary based on project size, material availability, and current workload.

• Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
• Rush orders may be accepted at our discretion and may include additional fees.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Remakes:
Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final.

• Workmanship Errors
• Refunds or remakes are only issued in cases of verified workmanship error by D2Z Designz.
• Shipping Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4.1 Claims must include clear photo proof of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• The shipping label
• All claims must be emailed to info@d2zdesignz.net
• Remakes will only be issued after the claim is reviewed and approved.
• D2Z Designz is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

5. Customer‑Provided Items:
Customers may provide their own items for engraving or customization. These items are submitted at the customer’s own risk.

5.1 Engraving Suitability:
D2Z Designz is not liable for damage to items that are:

• Defective
• Coated or improperly prepared
• Incompatible with laser engraving or cutting processes

5.2 Shipping Requirements:
Customers shipping items to us are encouraged to use UPS.

• A signature upon delivery is strongly recommended.
• Customers must email the tracking number to info@d2zdesignz.net immediately after shipment.
• Failure to Provide Tracking Information
• If D2Z Designz does not receive tracking information, the item will be held for seven (7) business days.
• After seven business days, the item will be returned to sender.
• All additional shipping fees, return charges, or carrier costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5.3 Liability for Returned Items:
D2Z Designz is not liable for any item that is lost, damaged, delayed, or missing during the return‑to‑sender process.

• Once the item is handed back to the carrier, responsibility transfers fully to the customer and the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property, Licensing, and Restricted Designs:
D2Z Designz will not produce, engrave, or fabricate any trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed designs without proper authorization.

• If D2Z Designz does not already hold the required license, the customer must provide valid proof of licensing or written authorization.
• Acceptable documentation includes:
• A valid license
• Written permission from the rights holder
• A formal letter of authorization
• Licensing documentation is retained for six (6) months and then securely deleted.
• D2Z Designz reserves the right to decline any order that appears to violate intellectual property laws.

7. File Retention and Digital Assets:
Digital artwork, proofs, templates, and engraving files are stored for six (6) months from the date of order completion.

• After six months, files may be deleted or archived at our discretion.
• Reorders placed after the retention period may require new setup or design fees.

8. Shipping, Pickup, and Abandoned Orders:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• D2Z Designz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
• Completed orders must be picked up within 14 days unless other arrangements are made.
• Items left unclaimed for 30 days may incur storage fees or be disposed of without refund.

9. Nonprofits, Tax‑Exempt Status, and Documentation:
Nonprofit and tax‑exempt organizations must provide valid documentation before invoicing or payment.

• Tax‑exempt status cannot be applied retroactively.
• D2Z Designz reserves the right to verify all tax‑exempt certificates and decline exemptions that are incomplete, expired, or invalid.

10. Limitation of Liability:
D2Z Designz is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
